All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Once the order is processed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. The delivery time is standard, 2 to 6 working days. (The time may vary depending on the international destination)
Your billing address must match the one on your credit card statement.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and on different dates.
Return to sender
If the package could not be delivered and is returned to Beeseal by courier service, we will contact you to find out if you want the merchandise to be shipped again or for a refund. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges
We hope you will be completely satisfied with all the products you purchase from Beeseal. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your items by mail.
Simply return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will not accept any returns made after this 30 day period.
All returned products must be accompanied by original proof of purchase or a true copy of receipt, invoice, and in unused, unworn and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached, in addition to the original packaging.
Once the merchandise has been received at Beeseal and if the return conditions have been met, we will refund the amount paid for the items. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
